Inter Milan confirmed on Saturday that Henrikh Mkhitaryan renewed his contract with Nerazzurri until the end of June 2026.
“I’m really happy. Inter have given me so much in the past one-and-a-half years and I want to give even more. I hope to win a lot of trophies with this Club,” Mkhitaryan said after the signing ceremony.
Mkhitaryan helped Inter Milan to win the Italian Cup and Italian Super Cup in 2023.
“With the way he helps to drive the team forward and the tactical intelligence he possesses, it’s like having an extra player. And this will continue to be the case for the coming seasons. Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Inter, together until 2026,” the statement said.
The 34-year-old has also played for Pyunik Yerevan, Manchester United, Shakhtar Donetsk, Roma and Borussia Dortmund.
The Armenian midfielder played 73 games for the Serie A club, producing seven goals and seven assists. He won the 2017 Europa League title with Manchester United.
