French guard Beaubois extends contract with Türkiye’s Anadolu Efes

ISTANBUL

Turkish basketball club Anadolu Efes announced on Friday that French guard Rodrigue Beaubois extended his contract for a season, with an option to extend it for another year.

Beaubois won the EuroLeague twice, the Turkish League three times, and the Turkish Cup once with the Istanbul team.

He tipped off his career with Cholet Basket, before leaving for the NBA where he spent four seasons from 2009 until 2013 with the Dallas Mavericks.

The 35-year-old was a member of Dallas’ NBA championship squad in 2011. He averaged 10.6 points in 237 career EuroLeague games, and is ranked 15th on the EuroLeague all-time charts with 410 three-point shots made.
