ANKARA, TURKEY

Former English cricketer Ebony Rainford-Brent received a racist hate letter which she shared on social media.

“Interesting… Born in South London but apparently I was found naked in Africa as a primitive Had some letters in my time but this one up there!” Rainford-Brent said Wednesday on Twitter.

Rainford-Brent, 37, who was the first black woman to play for England in 2001, was told to leave UK in the letter.

She played 29 matches for England in 2001-2010 and is a commentator now.

In June, Rainford-Brent became an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for her services to the game and her charity.
