Foreign ministers of Turkey, Egypt speak over phone

ANKARA, TURKEY 

Turkey’s foreign minister spoke to his Egyptian counterpart over phone on Saturday, a diplomatic source said.

Mevlut Cavusoglu and Sameh Shoukry exchanged greetings on the Islamic holy month of Ramadan that starts next week, according to the source.
