ANKARA
Türkiye’s Fenerbahce will take on the French team Rennes in a UEFA Europa League group stage game on Thursday.
Both teams are seeking their second win in-a-row in Group B as Rennes beat AEK 2-1 in an away game and Fenerbahce defeated Dynamo Kyiv with the same score last week.
Rennes’ French striker Amine Gouiri is expected to be the biggest threat for the Istanbul club in the upcoming match.
Fenerbahce do not seem to have any significant unavailable players in the match squad.
The Yellow Canaries are enjoying a good start to the new season under the helm of their new Brazilian manager Jorge Jesus, with the team having lost only one game in the Turkish Super Lig so far.
They have an unbeaten run so far in the European tournament after eliminating Dynamo Kyiv in the second qualification round of UEFA Champions League and continuing their journey in Europa League.
The Rennes-Fenerbahce match will be played at Roazhon Park in Rennes at 1900GMT on Thursday.
