Fenerbahce Beko beat ALBA Berlin 104-75 to secure 10th EuroLeague win

ISTANBUL 

Fenerbahce Beko defeated ALBA Berlin 104-75 Thursday to seal their 10th win in Round 12 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.

The first quarter ended 24-18 in favor of Fenerbahce Beko, while they took a double-digit lead with a 54-35 score at the end of the second quarter at Mercedes-Benz Arena in the German capital Berlin.

The third quarter ended in favor of the Turkish side, but ALBA Berlin controlled the last stanza, scoring 23 points.

Marko Guduric, Devin Booker, Nick Calathes, Tonye Jekiri, Nigel Hayes-Davis, Carsen Edwards, Metecan Birsen and Johnathan Motley​​​​​​​ were Fenerbahce’s double-digit scorers.

Edwards and Guduric scored 13 points each while Jekiri made a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Motley produced 11 points as Booker, Calathes, Hayes-Davis and Birsen netted 10 points for Fenerbahce.

ALBA Berlin’s Jaleen Smith was the highest scorer of the game with 15 points, and Ben Lammers and Maodo Lo also helped the German club with 12 points each​​​​​​​

Fenerbahce are at the top of the table with 10 wins and two losses. ALBA Berlin are at the bottom of the standings with three victories and nine defeats.
