Chelsea defeated Astana 3 – 1 in a road win Thursday in the UEFA Conference League.
Marc Guiu scored the opener with a stunning solo effort in the 14th minute at Almaty Ortalyk Stadion.
Chelsea doubled their lead five minutes later when the Spanish forward Guiu found the net again with a close-range finish.
The Blues made it three after Renato Veiga scored on a header in the 39th minute on an assist by Dewsbury-Hall.
Astana reduced the deficit just before halftime, with Marin Tomasov scoring in the 45th minute.
Chelsea have 15 points and are at the top of the League phase table after winning all five of their matches.
Astana are 24th with four points.
