Borussia Dortmund will take on Manchester City in Group G Matchday 5 of the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.

The German club are looking to secure their Round of 16 qualification against the Citizens, which already secured theirs.

Dortmund, meanwhile, having only a single win in five Champions League games against Man City, are looking for a second win.

The Citizens seem to be the more confident side as they won their last three Champions League clashes with 2-1 against the Black and Yellows.

Many of Dortmund players are injured, including Sebastian Haller, who is getting cancer treatment and skipper Marco Reus, who suffers from a severe ankle injury.

The Citizens’ midfielder Kalvin Phillips is also unavailable in the upcoming clash due to a surgery after a dislocated shoulder.

Manchester City lead Group G standings with 10 points, while Borussia Dortmund are placed second with 7 points.
