Barcelona beat Osasuna 2-0 on Thursday to face rivals Real Madrid in Sunday’s Spanish Super Cup decider in Saudi Arabia.
At Riyadh’s Al Awal Park Stadium, Polish star Robert Lewandowski and Spanish teen Lamine Yamal scored second-half goals to send their team Barcelona to the final.
On Wednesday, Real Madrid qualified for the final by beating city rivals Atletico Madrid 5-3 at the same stadium.
It will be a rematch of the last season’s Super Cup.
Barcelona previously beat Real Madrid 3-1 in January 2023 to be crowned the Spanish Super Cup champions in Riyadh.
With 14 wins, Barcelona are the record holders. Their nearest opponents, Real Madrid, won the Super Cup 12 times, the last in 2022.
