Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov on Tuesday met Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili in Baku, who is on an official visit, Azerbaijan’s state news agency AZERTAC reported.
The two leaders expressed satisfaction with the current state of the Azerbaijan-Georgia friendship and strategic partnership.
They discussed ways to expand cooperation in a range of areas, highlighting mutual benefits of deeper economic and regional collaboration.
The meeting reaffirmed both countries’ commitment to strengthening ties in trade, energy, and transport as part of their broader regional agenda.
