Ipek Ipek, owner of A5 Defense Magazine, and Colonel Nilton Rolim, president of the International Military Sports Council (CISM), presented environmentally friendly certificates to the delegations of 43 countries, during the 5th CISM Military World Winter Games held in Lucerne, Switzerland.
The certificates were handed directly to the heads of the delegations from each country.
Türkiye was among the countries that received certificates, with Colonel Bulent Cendik, the head of the Turkish delegation receiving the certificate.
Turkish Armed Forces athletes, who participated in the event, stood out with their performance in both individual and team competitions.
Their effort and sportsmanship, particularly in winter sports disciplines, were highly appreciated by the participating countries.
The athletes successfully represented the country, raising the flag high and leaving a positive impression within the military sports community.
The cooperation between A5 Defense Magazine and CISM entered its third year this year.
The collaboration, which is based on common values and the principle of “friendship through sport,” aims to be further strengthened in the upcoming period.
As part of the environmentalist initiative, a sapling was donated to the Trabzon Yolac Memorial Forest on behalf of each country delegation.
All certificates given to the delegations were prepared in line with the “friendship through sport” principle.
The frames for the certificates were made from recycled materials.
