The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 3,000 Turkish at 5 p.m. local time (1400 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,799.98 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday’s electricity market shows a decrease of 6.9% to 1.60 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,471.70 liras and 2,492.58 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set at 3,000 Turkish at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., and 5 p.m. local time (0500, 0600, 1400 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,533.70 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), according to official figures.
