The trade volume on Türkiye’s spot natural gas market showed an increase of 57.9% to around 11.34 million Turkish liras on Sunday, Türkiye’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Monday.
Total trade on Saturday’s amounted to about 7.18 million liras.
On Sunday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 11,843 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 956,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received around 134.57 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Sunday.
US$1 equals 34.24 liras at 2.20 p.m. local time (1120 GMT) on Monday.
