The trade volume on Türkiye’s spot natural gas market showed a decrease of 33.5% to around 10.2 million Turkish liras on Sunday, Türkiye’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Monday.
Total trade on Saturday amounted to about 15.4 million liras.
On Sunday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 11.787,36 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 869.000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received around 120.8 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Sunday.
US$1 equals 33.51 liras at 2.41 p.m. local time (1141 GMT) on Monday.
