ANKARA
Manchester City cruised to a 6-1 win against Bournemouth in an English Premier League week 11 match Saturday.
The Citizens’ young Belgian winger, Jeremy Doku, stole the show with a goal and four assists at Etihad Stadium in Manchester.
The 21-year-old drew first blood with a curled shot from the edge of the box in the 30th minute, then three minutes later, his assist to Bernardo Silva made it 2-0.
Doku’s two other assists were scored by Manuel Akanji in the 37th minute and Phil Foden in the 64th minute.
Luis Sinisterra scored the only goal of Bournemouth in the 74th minute before Silva netted again for the Citizens in the 83rd minute.
Nathan Ake tallied the last goal of the match in the 88th minute.
Manchester City are atop the Premier League with 27 points, while Tottenham follow with 26 points and Arsenal have 24 points.
