The trade volume on Türkiye’s spot natural gas market showed an increase of 184.5% to 30.50 million Turkish liras on Tuesday, Türkiye’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.
Total trade on Monday amounted to 10.72 million Turkish liras.
On Tuesday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 8,999.99 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 3.39 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received 102.38 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Tuesday.
US$1 equals 19.89 liras at 2.08 p.m. local time (1108 GMT) on Wednesday.
