Fenerbahce beat Ankaragucu 3-0 in a Turkish Super Lig week 10 match Monday.
Michy Batshuayi drew first blood for Fenerbahce in the third minute at Eryaman Stadium in the capital Ankara.
The Yellow Canaries’ Irfan Can Kahveci made it 2-0 in the 25th minute. Then, just one minute later, Ali Sowe took one back for Ankaragucu but the referee disallowed the goal after video assistant referee inspection.
Diego Rossi scored the closing goal of the match in the 91st minute, and it ended 3-0.
Fenerbahce placed second after leader Adana Demirspor with 20 points and one more match to play, while Ankaragucu are in 17th spot with 7 points in the league standings.
