The 2023 Ballon d’Or list of nominations was unveiled Wednesday by the French news magazine France Football.
Lionel Messi is back on the list, which also includes Manchester City’s Norwegian star Erling Haaland and the 2022 Ballon d’Or winner Karim Benzema.
